Wrought Iron Turntable Drawing

I found an interesting illustration of an old railway turntable. This is my first attempt to investigate it further using sharpie markers on butcher's paper. The drawing is 72" wide by 18" high. It will be on display April 9th at Northend Studios during their Works on Paper Show.

Alumni Exhibition juried by: Becky Hart

I have two pieces in a show entitled, ReVIEW CCS Alumni Selections. The show was juried by Becky Hart the Associate Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Detroit Institute of Arts. I will be showing versions of my fellowship work, Ox-Bow Paddle Boat and Ten Minutes Towards Enlightenment.

Wire Car Cruise

Open Studio


All were welcome to this event at my Studio. Visitors were encouraged to try some home brewed Brown Ale and try their hand at sand casting aluminum. Steve McShane also did a steel inflation demo.
